Forms of Payment

We accept all major credit cards via Shopify or PayPal. Please advise; you do not need a PayPal account to complete payments, you can do so with your just your credit card information. You can also complete orders by sending WesternUnion, MoneyGram or WalMart to WalMart money transfer and you will receive an email receipt upon completion. If you are having difficulty using either channel of payment and would prefer to complete the transaction over the phone we can do that as well using the 'Square' point of sale. All methods are secure for both seller and buyer, please feel free to message me if you need help checking out.

Order Processing Time

KwiioCouture keeps items in stock and takes between 1-3 days to process and ship. Some jewelry will specify "Made-to-Order"; please allow between 1-2 weeks for your item to be made and shipped. In the event that you purchase "Made to Order" please feel free to contact me for a more detailed time frame if need be.

Shipping

Packaging includes either a gift box or a fashionable gift bag and shipped via US Priority Mail or USPS International. Shipping starts at $3.95 and upward for domestic packages depending on size and weight. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your items have shipped.

Return Policy

KwiioCouture's Return Policy allows you 5 days to review your purchase. We understand there are times that your perception of the item purchased is different while personally inspecting the item. That is usually apparent immediately upon opening the package. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price (minus shipping and restocking fee). To receive a refund, You will need to contact us first. We will provide a return address. Please insure the item, as we will not be responsible for lost items. Then, return the unworn, undamaged item(s) in their original condition within 10 days of receipt of item. Thereafter you will receive a refund minus shipping cost and restocking fees. Unfortunately after 7 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. For any other concerns on items received please feel free to contact me via email or phone call.

Exceptions

Please Note that custom handmade jewelry orders are non-refundable, as we are in constant contact via email & with photos during the process of making the jewelry. Also, items that are damaged or worn are non-refundable.

Custom Work

If you don't find what you are looking for, please let us know. You may prefer different colors, different beads, metals or want to simply modify lengths. Let us know and we can create a new custom design specifically for you. Custom Orders is a passion of ours. A simple consultation via email or phone so we can collaborate ideas and in 'made to order' time (allow and average 4-9 business days to process)we will create the perfect item delivered to your doorstep.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to us, your personal and purchase information will never be shared, rented, or sold to a third party. We hate spam, too!
Mohawk Coterie- Fashion Boot Camp 2016 Policy

OUR POLICIES

  • Please note: Mohawk Coterie Fashion Boot Camp requires a waiver form to be signed for all participants under 18 years of age by their parent or guardian prior to attending class, camp or workshop with The Fashion Boot Camp.
    • Seats in our The Fashion Boot Camps are based on availability and do require registration as well as a deposit of 30 % of the total fee. This deposit is non-refundable and reserves a seat in camp for your child.
    • Should Mohawk Coterie FBC cancel camp and not reschedule at a later date within the summer Of July & August 2016 a refund will be made in full within 15 business days.
    • Cancellation & Refunds (Fashion Boot Camp 2016 only)
    1.  Should you need to cancel your child's registration for any reason 2 weeks prior to the start date of camp The Fashion Boot Camp will process a refund (less the non-refundable deposit) within 15 business days.
    2.   8 days until the session start date, 50% refund 
    3.   3 days prior to start of camp session, 25% refund
    • Mohawk Coterie- Fashion Boot Camp does not pro-rate camp. Make up camp days may be scheduled for missed dates due to illness with a doctor's note (if there is available seating). Students cannot make up more than 2 missed camp days.
    • Balance is due the Wednesday before Camp (5 days prior) starts. If not paid the space will open up to students on the waiting list. 
    • Mohawk Coterie- Fashion Boot Camp does not take registrations on a trial basis.
    • We offer private lessons in Fashion Design and Portfolio Development for College Prep upon request. 
    • If you purchased your class through CourseHorse, then our Refund & Cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you are entitled to a refund, or have any questions, please visit the <a href="https://coursehorse.com">CourseHorse</a> site and contact their customer service team.
